Common accident repair questions
Can an insurance write-off be repaired?
Some Category S and N vehicles can be repaired and returned to the road after proper assessment. Category A and B vehicles cannot return to the road. Structural damage, airbags and modern driver-assistance systems may require specialist procedures, checks and calibrations. An insurance category alone does not establish whether a particular vehicle is safe to repair.
Can you use genuine or recycled green parts?
We can discuss genuine manufacturer parts and suitable recycled parts where appropriate. The right choice depends on the vehicle, the repair method and safety requirements; necessary inspections and calibrations still matter.
Can you help with non-fault accident and insurance repairs?
Yes, contact us with your vehicle details and photos. We can discuss insurance-related body repairs, possible partner support, and practical options including courtesy cars where available. We do not promise insurer approval or claim outcomes.
Do you offer mobile body repairs or collection and delivery?
Our body repairs are workshop-based. We can discuss vehicle collection and delivery by arrangement; this is not a claim that every repair can be completed at your location.
